Overview
GD series single-shaft shredders are equipped with powerful two-speed hydraulic pushers. The diameter of the cutter shaft can be selected from several specifications, driven by one or two reducers, the minimum width of the cutter shaft is 650mm, and the maximum is 2000mm. The bearing adopts an external structure, and the large equipment screen is hydraulically opened. The control system adopts PLC intelligent control, and has the functions of starting, stopping, reverse rotation, overload automatic reverse rotation, and abnormal temperature alarm functions of the main components such as bearings.
The design of the equipment can also be further adjusted according to the requirements of the customer's waste. Customers can choose the cooling system and the surface hardening treatment of the cutter shaft.

Application
GD series single-shaft shredders have powerful functions and can meet the waste recycling requirements of various industries. There are a wide variety of recyclable materials, such as various plastic products including blocks, plastic plates, films, pipes, woven bags, waste paper, waste wood, Waste wire and cable, cans, etc. Some of the crushed materials can be directly recycled, and some can be transported to GP series crushers and other equipment through conveying machinery for further refinement.
