GS series single shaft shredder is a pretreatment equipment for urban mineral resources regeneration and industrial waste recycling.The supervisor engineer has more than 10 years of design experience. The transmission device is designed according to DIN5480 standard and the chamber box welded with high strength steel. So the equipment is more stronger than other similar products.
The equipment can be customized according to the different requirement.
All the core components are made of SIEMENS, WEG, ABB, NSK, SKF, FAG, NOK, SCHNEIDER and other internationally famous brand products, which are used as quality and technical support to ensure the equipment to run stably for a long time in the bad recycling environment.

- Main shaft made from 42CrMo
- The connector is designed according to DIN5480 standard with stable torque transmission and wide adjusting range of blade head spacing
- Assembled blade for convenient maintenance is available- The blades made from CrMoV high alloy wear-resistant steel
- With special process, the hardness can reach above HRC58- Using planetary gear box for the large transmission torque and smooth running
- Safety factor of gear box is above Grade 2.0- Heavy type is driven by hydraulic pressure
- The chamber box welded with Q345B steel
- The inner chamber with discharge part to protect the bearing- Hydraulic pushing device is available
- The pushing device can be customized according to the different requirement- With PLC intelligent control system
- Temperature monitoring of bearing,gear box and hydraulic device
