Overview
GS series small double-shaft shredders are driven by a reducer, and through a pair of gears, the two shredder shafts can move relative to each other. The diameter of the cutter shaft can be selected from several specifications, the minimum width of the cutter shaft is 500mm, and the maximum is 1000mm. The control system adopts PLC intelligent control, and has the functions of starting, stopping, reverse rotation, overload automatic reverse rotation, and abnormal temperature alarm functions of the main components such as bearings.
The design of the equipment can also be further adjusted according to the requirements of the customer to handle the waste, and the customer can choose auxiliary systems such as the pressing mechanism.

Application
The design of GS series small double-shaft shredders is powerful and can meet the material recovery requirements of various industries. Compared with medium-sized shredders, the torque is slightly smaller, and there are a wide variety of recyclable materials, such as various plastic products including plastic buckets, air conditioner radiators, small Furniture, computer hosts, bicycles, etc. Some of the crushed materials can be directly recycled, and some can be transported to GC series hammer crushers and other equipment for further refinement through conveying machinery.
