Overview
ZD series heavy duty single-shaft shredders are also equipped with powerful two-speed hydraulic pushers as standard single-shaft shredders. The diameter of the cutter shaft is available in several specifications, driven by one or two hydraulic motors, and the width of the cutter shaft is minimum 2000mm and maximum 3000mm. The bearing adopts an external structure, and the screen is opened hydraulically. The control system adopts PLC intelligent control, and has the functions of starting, stopping, reverse rotation, overload automatic reverse rotation, and abnormal temperature alarm functions of the main components such as bearings.
