    Production line description:

    This production line is a special processing line for fiberglass. The shredder cutter adopts an assembled structure to facilitate tool replacement; the cutter adopts a special heat treatment process to increase hardness and durability; access doors are installed at the connection points of the production line to facilitate maintenance; intelligent control system, multi-point detection, and automatic alarm for abnormalities; The patented unloading system prevents static electricity generated by friction in the pneumatic conveying of fiber materials; multiple dust removal systems ensure that the production line operates in a slightly negative pressure environment; the production line can be adjusted according to customer application scenarios; enclosures can be configured to reduce noise during the production process and dust.
